LITTLE RIVER MARKS STATE WITH 3 GOLDS PLUS STATE RECORD RELAY
By Staff While the Little River track/field teams finished third and ninth in the team standings, they left their mark at the 2026 Class 1A State Meet over the weekend with a state record breaking relay and three first-place gold medals. 63 AREA ATHLETES IN 76 EVENTS PLUS 23 RELAYS FOR STATE TRACK/FIELD MEET
By Staff The McPherson County area high schools will be well represented at the 2026 Kansas State Track/Field meet in Wichita this coming Friday and Saturday, May 29 ad 30 as 63 athletes will compete in 76 individual events not counting those covering 23 relay events as well. By Staff The Little River baseball team completed their 2026 season with a pair of decisive wins over Sublette and Bucklin at state regionals before losing to Thomas More Prep/Marian. With the two wins and loss, the Redskins finish the season 19-6.
