LITTLE RIVER ENDS SEASON ON DIAMOND AT 19-6
By Staff The Little River baseball team completed their 2026 season with a pair of decisive wins over Sublette and Bucklin at state regionals before losing to Thomas More Prep/Marian. With the two wins and loss, the Redskins finish the season 19-6. On Thursday, May 14 the Redskins opened regional play as the fifth seed playing twelfth seeded Sublette and scored a quick two-inning 16-0 win. LITTLE RIVER GET 2 WINS OVER MARION
By Staff It was a winning day for the Little River baseball team as they hosted Marion on Friday and won both ends of the doubleheader, 3-0 and 6-5. In game one, Eastyn Wohletz took the mound for the Redskins and allowed just a pair of hits, zero run and three walks while striking out 12. By Staff On Tuesday, Little River’s baseball team traveled to Bennington and came home with a split of the doubleheader, losing game one 3-4 before bouncing back and taking advantage of 11 walks in scoring an 11-4 victory in game two.
