LITTLE RIVER – With a pair of three set victories the Little River volleyball team remains unbeaten at 12-0 for the season with wins over Herington and Ellsworth.

On Tuesday, the Lady Redskins got past Herington on the road winning all three sets 25-17, 25-16, and 25-22.

Little River was led by Alaina Eck who topped the team in digs with 12 and kills with 10. Kat Ellwood dished out 17 assists and Aubrey Olander led the Lady Redskins in blocks with nine.

On Thursday, the Lady Redskins again scored a straight three set win over Ellsworth at home, winning 25-18, 28-26, and 25-20.

Alaina Eck led Little River in Digs with 13, Kills with 1 and service aces with one. Kate Ellwood handed out 24 assists while Aubrey Olander had six blocks.

Now ranked second in Class 1A Division I the Lady Redskins will travel to Rural Vista on Tuesday, September 19 for a mod quad before finishing out the week on Saturday, September 23 playing in the Lyons Invitational.
