LADY WILDCATS OPEN SEASON 4-1

      The Moundridge volleyball program has opened the 2026 season 4-1 after one week of play.

      On Saturday, August 29, the Lady Wildcats went 2-1 in a quad, scoring wins over Sedgwick and Conway Springs while losing to rival Inman.

      On Tuesday, September 8, Moundridge added a couple of straight-set wins over Wichita Classical and Remington.

      At this point, Lady Wildcat head coach Bryan Otte noted, “Three steps forward, two steps back, but we are moving forward.”

      Here is a recap of the five matches played, plus a glance at the next two dates of competitive play and competition.

Saturday, Sept. 29

Vs. Sedgwick – Vs. Inman – Vs. Conway Springs

Lady Wildcats won 2-0 = 25-6, 25-13.

MATCH 2 vs. Wichita Classical

Lady Wildcats won 2-0 = 25-14, 25-16.
