MARION – On Tuesday, the Moundridge girls went on the road and brought home a six-point 41-35 win over Marion.

 

Now 11-3 on the season, the Lady Wildcats will play host to Bennington in a weather makeup game on Thursday and then host Hutchinson Trinity on Friday.

 

The Lady Wildcats went up by two, 11-9, at the end of the first quarter and held a two-point lead, 18-16 at the halftime break. Marion tied the game at 29-29 by the end of the third quarter before Moundridge pulled away in the fourth for the final six-point victory.

 

Cammi Unruh led the Lady Wildcats in scoring with 14 while also grabbing seven rebounds, making three steals, dishing out a team high three assists and blocking a pair of shots.

 

Macy  Kaminkow just missed a double double with 10 points and a game high nine rebounds.
