INMAN – Returning from the holiday break, the Inman girls got it rolling early on Tuesday as they played host to Sterling and recorded a 34-point, 72-38 win.
Going up by eight, 18-10 by the end of the first quarter, the Lady Teutons pushed the advantage out to a commanding 22-point, 38-16 lead at the halftime break. After pushing the lead to 32 by the end of the third quarter, Inman cruised in for the final 34-point victory.
In the game, the Lady Teutons hit on 26 two-pointers to just 12 for the Lady Black Bears, hit one more three-pointer, 4-3, and mad three more free throws.
Suttyn Harris led the Lady Teutons on offense as she scored 22 points, while Kenna Woods hit for 17 and Morgan Froese scored 15. Raynee Eddy just about made it three in double digits as she had a pair of three pointers and scored nine.
Now 4-3 for the season, the Lady Teutons will be off for a week before taking to the road at Hutchinson Trinity on Tuesday, January 9.
