ELYRIA RUNNERS RUN AT ELBING

ELBING – On Thursday, the Elyria Christian cross-country team ran at the Berean Academy Invitational where Joy Beck and Mason Gardner were the top Eagle runners.
For the Lady Eagles, Joy Beck placed 17th out of 45 runners in the girls 5K varsity run while Londyn Olsen ran 36th.
Mason Gardner medaled for the Eagle boys with his finishing 14th out of 59 runners in the boys 5K race while Matthew Robinson ran 32nd. Grant Huxman, Blake Saffel, Colby Hall, and Connor Stark also ran for Elyria.
Next up for the Elyria harriers will be at the Goessel Invitational to be run in Newton on Thursday.
