LADY TEUTONS 2ND, TEUTON BOYS 4TH, MARTISKO DOUBLE GOLD AT STATE MEET
By Staff Tyler Martisko topped off his Inman career by winning gold twice at the 2026 Class 2A State Track/Field Meet in Wichita where the Teuton boys finished fourth overall and the Lady Teutons placed second thanks to a win in the 4x100 Meter Relay. Overall, the Teuton boys scored 42 points to finish fourth in the team standings after sending 11 entries through nine events and having six team points collected. 63 AREA ATHLETES IN 76 EVENTS PLUS 23 RELAYS FOR STATE TRACK/FIELD MEET
By Staff The McPherson County area high schools will be well represented at the 2026 Kansas State Track/Field meet in Wichita this coming Friday and Saturday, May 29 ad 30 as 63 athletes will compete in 76 individual events not counting those covering 23 relay events as well. McPherson will be sending 15 athletes to compete in 16 individual events plus four relays to the Class 4A meet. Included among those competing in individual events will be Caleb Muehler

LADY TEUTONS WIN AT STERLING, BLACK, MARTISKO – DOUBLE WINNERS
By Staff At Sterling on Tuesday, the Inman girls won the six-team track/field Invitational while the boys finished second. The Lady Teutons rolled up 179 team points, well ahead of second place Halstead with 163. Brookly Black won both the 100- and 300-Meter Hurdles while Olivia Brunk won the 200 Meters, and the Lady Teutons took first in the 4x400 Meter Relay as well. INMAN BOYS/GIRLS FINISH THIRD AT LYONS
By Staff On Tuesday, the Inman boys and girls track/field teams competed at the Lyons Invitational where both finished third in the team standings. The Lady Teutons finished third with 129 team points, trailing meet champion Halstead (140), and Hillsboro (138). Little River finished fourth, Lyons fifth, and Marion sixth. For the Teuton boys, they also finished third with 107 points, trailing meet champion Little River (150), and Halstead (111).

INMAN, MOUNDRIDGE, LITTLE RIVER DOMINATE MOUNDRIDGE INVITATIONAL
